Refund Policy
At Cocomeilon Kidz, we strive to provide the best daycare and preschool services for your child. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.
1. Admission Fees
- Admission fees, registration fees, and one-time enrollment charges are non-refundable.
- Once the admission process is completed, these charges cannot be returned under any circumstances.
2. Monthly / Term Fees
- Monthly daycare or preschool fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
- In special cases, management may review requests on an individual basis.
3. Advance Payments
- If advance payment has been made for upcoming months and services have not started, refund requests may be considered after written notice.
- Approved refunds, if any, will be processed after deduction of applicable administrative charges.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Parents must inform the management in writing if they wish to discontinue services.
- Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 15 days in advance.
5. Absence of Child
- No refund or fee adjustment will be provided for absence due to holidays, sickness, vacations, or personal reasons.
6. Service Closure / Exceptional Situations
- In case of unavoidable closure due to natural calamity, government restrictions, or emergency situations, refund decisions will be taken by management as per circumstances.
7. Refund Processing Time
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 15 working days through the original payment method or bank transfer.
8. Management Rights
- Cocomeilon Kidz reserves the right to review and decide all refund matters.
- Management’s decision will be final and binding.
